Everyday exposure—like washing your hands or wearing it in light rain—won’t affect its shine. However, to prolong its lifespan, avoid extended soaking, saunas, or contact with chlorinated water.
2. How do I clean and care for my jewelry?

Gently wipe each piece with a clean, soft cloth.

Avoid direct contact with chemicals (perfume, cleaning agents) or soaking.

When not wearing your jewelry, store it in its box to prevent scratches and tangling.

4. What if my bracelet doesn’t fit or I’m not happy with it?
We offer a fair and transparent return policy:

✅ Damaged in transit: If your bracelet arrives broken or defective, email us with clear photos within 48 hours.
→ We’ll resend a new one or issue a full refund – your choice. - ✅ Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong product (confirmed by order records), we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item.
- ❌ Change of mind: We can’t accept returns if you simply don’t like the color, size, or design – unless it was our mistake.
- ❌ Shipping delays: We are not able to refund due to courier delays, but we’ll support you with full tracking info.
5. Do you ship internationally? How long will it take to receive my order?
